The requirement is 16,000 units of dairy milk complying with CID A-A-20338A specifications and 21 CFR 131.110, delivered between July 1 and September 30, 2026. Deliveries must be split into 25 equal shipments each Monday and Thursday from July 2 through September 28, between 8:00 AM and 2:30 PM, excluding lunch hours and federal holidays. All deliveries are FOB destination, palletized, and must meet temperature requirements for non-frozen perishable items (34°F–40°F); items failing specification will be rejected, with conditionally accepted items to be picked up by vendors within two weeks at vendor expense. The Federal Bureau of Prisons Metropolitan Detention Center Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, intends to issue solicitation 15B30626Q00000021 for the procurement of its 4th Quarterly Food Items (Milk) for the FY-2026. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311511. Deliveries will start on July 1, 2026. The contract Type is a Firm-Fixed Price contract. This acquisition is a 100% small‑business set‑aside and is restricted to offerors that meet the applicable small‑business size standard. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 4.1102 requires all contractors seeking or currently doing business with the government to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award; information can be obtained at Home | SAM.gov. The Government reserves the right to award item by item, or in groups of items, or in aggregate, whichever is most advantageous to the Government by responsive, responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, with past performance and price consideration, prices being rated higher than past performance.
