About this opportunity
The United States Special Operations Command intends to issue solicitation number H92240-20-R-0001 seeking proposals to establish multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts for Maritime Special Operations Forces Support services. The requirement involves logistics, professional, technical, and administrative support to be performed at locations throughout the continental United States and overseas, as determined by individual task orders. The contracts will have a five-year ordering period utilizing firm-fixed pricing and will be awarded to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.

Companies are required to e-mail Michelle Riisma at michelle.l.riisma.civ@socom.mil no later than 4:00 PM (EST) on 15 November 2019, with the following pre-registration information: (1) Company Name, (2) Company size under the applicable NAICS codes (Small Business Administration business size classification), (3) CAGE Code, (4) Facility Clearance Level, and (5) Name(s) of employees/representatives attending, to include any identified subcontractor/teammates. Failure to respond to the above RSVP will result in personnel being denied access. The Government intends to issue solicitation H92240-20-R-0001 for Maritime Special Operations Forces Support (M-SOFS) Services. Requirement involves logistics, professional, technical and administrative support. The Government intends to pursue a five-year firm fixed price multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)contract to satisfy requirements. The solicitation is anticipated to be competed as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set Aside. Performance locations are throughout CONUS and OCONUS as determined at the task order level.
The Government intends to issue a solicitation in early November 2019. Interested parties are encouraged to monitor the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website for solicitation issuance. The responsibility of monitoring FBO is the responsibility of the interested party and the Government is under no obligation to provide additional notice of solicitation outside the FBO website. Any solicitation, if issued, will be issued under solicitation H92240-20-R-0001.
Interested parties are not required, nor desired, to submit any capability statement, written expression of interest or proposal for these services at this time. Interested parties shall submit questions and proposals only when the Government issues a draft or final solicitation.
