About this file

This document contains a consent letter template and details of a pre-solicitation notice for maritime special operations forces support services. The consent letter template is to be completed by major subcontractors and teaming partners, authorizing the government to discuss their past performance with the prime contractor. The pre-solicitation notice indicates the government intends to issue solicitation H92240-20-R-0001 seeking proposals for maritime special operations forces support services. The requirement involves logistics, professional, technical and administrative services to be delivered through a five-year multiple-award IDIQ contract with firm fixed pricing at the task order level. The solicitation is anticipated to be set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and will have performance locations throughout the continental United States and overseas as determined at the task order stage. Interested parties are directed to monitor the Federal Business Opportunities website for issuance of the solicitation in early November 2019.

SUBCONTRACTOR/TEAMING PARTNER CONSENT LETTER

FOR THE RELEASE OF PAST PERFORMANCE INFORMATION

TO THE PRIME CONTRACTOR

Past performance information concerning subcontractors and teaming partners cannot be disclosed to a private party without the subcontractor’s or teaming partner’s consent. Because a prime contractor is a private party, the Government will need that consent before disclosing subcontractor/teaming partner past and present performance information to the prime contractor during exchanges. In an effort to assist the Government’s Past Performance Evaluation Team in assessing your recent past performance relevancy and confidence, we request that the following consent letter be completed by the major subcontractors/teaming partners identified in your proposal. The completed consent letters should be submitted as part of your Past Performance Volume.
