A mandatory site visit is scheduled for February 26, 2025, at 1400 hours, and all proposals must be submitted in English with specific documentation including SF-18, Section A Prices, and other required certifications.
The solicitation is not set aside for any specific business category and is open to qualified painting and wall covering contractors under NAICS code 238320. Contractors must provide English-speaking supervision, comply with Singapore Urban Redevelopment Authority conservation guidelines, and adhere to U.S. OSHA safety standards. The scope of work involves detailed restoration efforts using ICI Dulux products, including treating mold/mildew, repairing concrete and terrazzo surfaces, and repainting multiple living spaces across two floors. While no specific award value is mentioned, the contract will require comprehensive restoration services with strict quality and safety requirements, and all work will be performed under escort by Embassy officials throughout the project duration.
