The full solicitation will be available online through the System of Award Management (SAM) website in mid-May 2025, with potential bidders directed to contact Brian T. The entrance channel is 100 feet wide and extends 800 feet north of the public wharf at Stony Creek, with a maneuvering basin totaling 3.2 acres adjacent to the channel. Contractors will need to demonstrate the capability to efficiently remove and transport the specified volume of material within the strict operational window, with the ability to meet the required cubic yard production rate being a critical performance metric.
