About this opportunity
Luke Air Force Base, a component of Air Education and Training Command, seeks upgrade of secure video teleconference equipment at the 56th Fighter Wing Intel Squadron conference room, with proposals due September 11, 2026. This is a 100 percent Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. Amendment 0001, effective September 2, 2026, corrects the control system specification from AMX to Extron in the Statement of Work paragraph 3; offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the proposal deadline.
Place of performance is Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. The work must be completed within 45 calendar days from award, during normal business hours (07:30 AM to 16:30 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays), with the conference room inoperable for no longer than five consecutive business days. The system will support operations at multiple classification levels (TS/SCI/SAR/SAP). Deliverables include one SAP VTC system with dual-screen functionality, one SAP L5 system with dual-display capability, new Cisco Room OS-compatible cameras, two matching credenzas, a secure KVM, and a 15-inch touch panel. The contractor must furnish all labor, tools, supplies, cabling, connectors, and installation materials, with all personnel performing equipment programming or installation manufacturer-certified. Extron control system programming must be coordinated with and approved by the Government Project Manager at least two weeks prior to on-site work. The network configuration must meet TEMPEST standards and Video Services Policy STIG requirements. A site visit is scheduled for September 2, 2026 at 10:00 AM; interested offerors should email gregory.mcdonald.15@us.af.mil. The Government requests quotes remain firm through September 30, 2026. Evaluation criteria are technical acceptability (pass/fail), past performance via Supplier Performance Risk System, and price, with award to the technically acceptable, Green or better SPRS-rated contractor offering the lowest total evaluated price. Funds are not presently available; no award will be made until funds are available and the Government reserves the right to cancel.
