Interested contractors must submit a two-page maximum capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet all requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement and Terms and Conditions, including the capacity to block off rooms for reservation within approved GSA Per Diem Rates. The original solicitation was posted on September 29, 2025, with a proposal due date of October 7, 2025, though this opportunity has since moved to award status as of December 3, 2025.

No set-aside designations were applied to this procurement, which was conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items. The government has awarded BPAs to three contractors: AUSBW Management, Inc., RSS WFCM2014-LC18 - TX MNR, LLC, and Austin Airport Investment LLC, with awards announced on December 3, 2025. Each BPA has a period of performance of up to 24 months with a ceiling value of $250,000 per agreement and a minimum order value of $1.00, though the Contracting Officer retains authority to increase or decrease the ceiling through bilateral modification to address changing government needs. The historical demand estimate indicates approximately 50 hotel nights per month are needed in Austin.
