Place of performance is Lake Berryessa Field Office, 5520 Berryessa Knoxville Road, Napa, California, with equipment staging at Eticuera Day Use Area. Contractors must supply approximately 1,850 steel posts and 185,000 feet of barbed wire using fire-resistant materials compliant with NRCS standards. Period of performance is 90 calendar days from notice to proceed. All work includes a one-year warranty.

Environmental protection requirements include Worker Environmental Awareness Training, pre-construction biological surveys for California red-legged frogs and Keck's checker-mallow, a 10-mile-per-hour speed limit, suspension of work during or 24 hours following rainfall exceeding 0.5 inch, and vehicle/equipment decontamination to prevent invasive species spread.
