Place of performance is Eglin Air Force Base, Florida and Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama. The contractor must furnish, install, program, and maintain an automated metered dispensing system compatible with Accurate Technologies and Braun laundry machines; conduct quarterly calibration and verification site visits at both locations with certification; provide responsive technical support with two-hour response time and forty-eight-hour on-site dispatch; deliver training to Government personnel; and maintain current Safety Data Sheets and EPA documentation. Delivery is FOB Origin, Freight Prepaid and Added, with 10 calendar days desired lead time. Installation must occur within 30 calendar days of award.
The incumbent contractor is Christeyns North America. Evaluation criteria include Technical Capability (SOW conformance and delivery time), Past Performance (minimum three relevant healthcare laundry contracts within five years with CPARS reports), and Price. All items must be awarded to a single offeror. Offers are submitted via email on SF-1449. Amendment 00002, issued June 10, 2026, extended the deadline and provides 33 questions/answers and facility diagrams. The contract includes economic price adjustment tied to the PPI Index for laundry chemicals. Offerors must be SAM.gov-registered and hold prices firm for 60 calendar days.
