This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors.
Place of performance is King Salmon, Alaska (Katmai National Park). The specification requires 2-inch wall pipe insulation (not 1-inch). All work includes system flushing and glycol refill, startup and commissioning with documentation, training of park maintenance staff, twelve-month warranty from acceptance, equipment operating and maintenance manuals, and proper disposal of existing equipment and hazardous materials.
