This solicitation carries no set-aside designation and does not identify any incumbent contractors or current service providers. The contract structure is a firm fixed price with economic price adjustment under an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity arrangement, with pricing expressed in Jordanian Dinar for a base year plus four one-year options and a six-month extension option, though no specific award value or budget range is disclosed in the solicitation materials. The contractor must provide all materials, equipment, uniforms, and personnel, obtain work permits for employees, comply with host country labor laws, and maintain a project manager fluent in English. The place of performance is the U.S. Embassy compound in Amman, Jordan.
