ANSWER: There is no preference

QUESTION: Would it be possible to revise the scope of work such that one full time equivalent staff could be allocated to the VISN and assigned a location to be based out of?

ANSWER: The scope of work cannot be revised. Due to the multiple locations that may require work concurrently, there may be a need for multiple staff.
