About this opportunity
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 21 is conducting market research to identify vendors that can provide labor, parts, and equipment to perform semi-annual preventive maintenance, inspection, and testing for three emergency generators at the VA Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. The applicable NAICS code is 811310 with a $12.5 million small business size standard. Interested contractors must respond by June 14, 2024 and provide information on their socioeconomic status, company details, experience, and pricing for a 1-year base period plus four 1-year option periods. The VA will use the responses to determine the appropriate procurement strategy, but this announcement does not constitute a solicitation or commitment to award a contract.
There is no set-aside designation for this opportunity. The VA has not identified any potential incumbents or current contractors. The estimated value range for the contract is not provided, but the PWS states the services are required for three government-owned industrial-sized diesel standby emergency generators over a potential 5-year period of performance.
