The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 22 seeks upgrade and repair of the overhead paging system at VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System's Main Hospital Building 500, with proposals due May 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM Pacific Time. The procurement is 100% set-aside for certified service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses.
Place of performance is 11301 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 90073. The scope requires complete replacement of an existing Dukane paging system with new Biamp intelligent amplifiers and controlling equipment featuring SIP integration into phone systems. Specific deliverables include 2 Biamp DS-10 paging stations, 5 APC/ADI Smart UPS units, 1 Biamp VOIP interface, 8 Biamp VA-8150 amplifiers, 2 Biamp GPIO-1 modules, 1 Biamp MS-1E messaging processor, and 1 TrendNet POE switch. Work comprises pre-condition engineering submittals, safety control and personal protective equipment, materials, demolition of the current system, rough-in wiring, trim-out devices, and system testing and commissioning. Installation shall occur Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with changeover of eight zones per day. The contractor must provide on-site training for facility maintenance staff and first-response technicians, and offer a one-year labor and equipment warranty with five-year Biamp equipment manufacturer warranty.
