Responding contractors must identify their business classification (large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a), or woman-owned) and ownership status (U.S. or foreign-owned), and may only submit information via email. The government will not reimburse any information submitted in response to this synopsis, and any proprietary data must be clearly marked accordingly. This Special Notice provides an opportunity for alternative contractors to challenge the sole-source determination before the contract award is finalized.
