The purpose of this amendment is to change the NAICS code 811310 back to NAICS code 238290. This amendment also extends the response date for the solicitation to May 4, 2022 at 11AM CST.

The purpose of this amendment is to place this solicitation on hold pending a NAICS code appeal filing. Attached is the Notice and Order filing of the appeal. The solicitation may be extended beyond the date of the amendment pending the decision. Attached is the Notice and Order of this appeal.

The purpose of this amendment is to change the NAICS code originally posted. The new NAICS code for this requirement is 81131 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment with a size standard of $8M.
This amendment also is to correct a section in the Instruction To Offerors, Page 54. #4 should state Certification that all work, as outlined by the above items, shall be completed by the Prime Contractor by a minimum of fifty percent (50%) or more. Contractor shall certify self-performance by a minimum of fifty percent (50%) of the contract in totality.

The Southeast Louisiana Veteran Healthcare System is seeking a contractor to provide Services for Elevator Maintenance and Repairs as specified in the Performance Work Statement
.
All work shall be completed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The PWS contained within this solicitation is a non-negotiable document. Offers/quotes shall not include edits, revisions, additions, deletions, alterations, or track change comments to the PWS.
The associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS Code) for this requirement is 238290 Other Building Equipment Contractors. The associated size standard is $16.5 million.
When preparing offers in response to this solicitation offerors shall refer to FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items) and Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items). These sections contain specific instructions, guidance, format, and exact requirements for what constitutes a complete and responsive offer/quote. As specified in these sections an incomplete and/or non-responsive offer shall not be considered for a contract award by the contracting officer.
