This is a SOURCES SOUGHT to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required services. 27 SOCONS is interested in the identification of capable sources for a Inspector General Transcription BPA Service contract. The 27th Special Operations Wing Inspector General conducts an average of one investigation per year and is required to have interviews transcribed verbatim in accordance with AFI 90-301, para 4.13.2.4.  This requires the digital recording of an interview to be sent to a transcription service to be transcribed verbatim. In conducting an Inspector General investigation in is imperative the interview transcripts be accurate and timely.
