About this opportunity
The Department of the Navy Naval Air Systems Command Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division has issued an Industry Day announcement for two major contract opportunities at Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) in St. Inigoes, Maryland. The first opportunity involves Expeditionary and Range Systems (E&RS) Hardware and Field Services Support, which encompasses technical support, system testing, installation, maintenance, and project management for air traffic control and aerospace management systems. The second opportunity covers Shipboard Landing Systems Integration and Installation Support Services (SLSI&I), providing fleet support, systems development, software maintenance, and quality assurance services. Both contracts will operate under the organic Lead Systems Integrator model with combined Government-Industry teams. The draft Request for Proposals is anticipated for FY25 Q4 for E&RS and FY26 Q2 for SLSI&I, with a total evaluated value of $57 million.
The Industry Day aims to provide potential offerors insight into both contract requirements and will be held on May 21, 2025, from 12:30-15:30 EST at NAWCAD WOLF. Registration is mandatory and must be completed by May 14, 2025, at 12:00 EST, with each company limited to two U.S. citizen attendees who must obtain base access clearance. Contractors can request optional 10-minute one-on-one meetings with government representatives during the event. The contracts will be awarded under NAICS code 541330 (Engineering Services) using Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Term labor Task Orders through SeaPort-NxG, with work performed primarily at government sites across multiple military installations. The government will utilize the Highest Technically Ranked Offer approach with no best value trade-off, and attendance at the Industry Day is not required for future proposal submission.
