Added: Mar 27, 2013 7:56 pm Award Notice- The Hawaii National Guard has awarded a Construction Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC), 34 firm fixed price contracts (W912J6-13-D-0002 through W912J6-13-D-0035) for construction projects that may include but not limited to the maintenance, repair, construction, and design build services in support of the Hawaii National Guard. This contract is for non personal services to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to perform and complete the various multi-disciplined projects in the Hawaii National Guard. The contracts were awarded on 22 March 2013 to the attached list of contractors (see pdf file). The award is for a Base Award Period of two calendar years, and three one-year option periods. The total contract period, including options, shall not exceed five calendar years. The total of individual task orders placed against this contract shall not exceed $30,000,000.00. This contract action was procured as a small business set aside, solicited under solicitation number W912J6-13-R-0002 on fbo.gov. The NAICS Code is 236210. Thirty Six (36) offers were received. Added: Dec 07, 2012 2:08 pm The USPFO for Hawaii intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) W912J6-13-R-0002 for a Construction Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) for maintenance, repair, construction and design-build services at islands of Oahu, Hawaii, Kauai and Maui in the State of Hawaii. The majority of the work is anticipated to be on the island of Oahu, at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (JBPHH). Typical work includes, but is not be limited to: interior and exterior renovations, heating and air-conditioning, HVAC controls, plumbing, fire suppression, interior and exterior electrical and lighting, fire and intrusion alarms, communications, limited utilities, site-work, landscaping, fencing, masonry, roofing, concrete and asphalt paving, storm drainage, limited environmental remediation, construction of new facilities, surveys, studies, design-build and other related work. All will be in accordance with individual task order requirements, specifications and drawings or Statements of Work provided with each project or master specifications. It should be noted that the majority of task orders under these contracts will be for sustainment, repair and maintenance (SRM) projects under $1.5 M dollar. Prospective contractors must be able to respond to JBPHH within 120 minutes (2 hours) in response to emergencies via the main office or a staffed satellite office and must demonstrate experience in construction in an island environment. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220 and 237990. The small business size standard is $33.5 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. The government anticipates awarding two pools of awards pursuant to this solicitation. One pool will is set aside for 8(a) contractors registered with Hawaii SBA District and the other pool of awards is a total small business set-aside. The government anticipates award of a minimum of nine (9) individual MATOC contracts, per pool providing sufficient qualified contractors present offers. These anticipated contracts will consist of a Base Award Period of two (2) calendar years, and 3 one-year option periods. Total contract period, to include options, shall not exceed five (5) calendar years. Task Orders will range from $200.00 to $5,000,000.00. The total of individual task orders placed against this contract shall not exceed $30,000,000.00 to any one contractor if the island of Oahu is included in the award. Contracts awarded for the other islands, without participation on the island of Oahu shall not exceed $10,000,000.00 to any one contractor. The selection process will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15 source selection procedures. Proposals will be evaluated on Past Performance, Technical, and Price Evaluation of a Prototypical Project. Prospective offerors must submit a written past performance and technical proposal and a price proposal for the prototypical project to be considered for award. The prototypical project will be used to evaluate the price proposal and portions of the technical proposal and may be awarded if funds are available. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available 20 December 2012. A Pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for on/about 4 January 2013. Details for registering for the conference will be available in the solicitation Section 00100. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and should register in accordance with the requirements to be provided in the solicitation, prior to attending for clearance to the facility.
