About this opportunity
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention seeks to increase equitable access to COVID-19 testing through contracts to provide full end-to-end testing services at no cost to patients. Offerors must propose a minimum of 1,000 pharmacy, retail, or community-based testing sites across seven HHS regions with at least 50% in high social vulnerability areas. Evaluation will consider technical approach, past performance, and price with weighting assigned as set forth in the RFP. Questions are due by February 8, 2022.
No set-aside is designated. NAICS code 621991 and PSC code R699 are applicable. The potential total contract value ranges from $500 million to $1 billion to be awarded across a base period of six months and five additional six-month option periods to maintain approximately 20,000 testing sites through May 2025. The solicitation involves services within the United States and contemplates a minimum of 3 testing sites in each HHS region.
