About this opportunity

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration Glenn Research Center is seeking proposals for an Institutional Maintenance Operations and Repair contract to consolidate two existing contracts providing operations, maintenance, repair, and recertification services for institutional systems and central process systems across its Lewis Field campus and Armstrong Test Facility locations. Offerors must meet requirements to provide services including maintenance of electrical substations, cryogenic systems, buildings, structures, grounds and paved surfaces, with evaluation based on technical qualifications and price. The agency requests industry feedback by October 12, 2021 and full proposals by October 27, 2021.

The contract is set aside for total small business and includes cost reimbursement and firm fixed price contract line items. The incumbent contractors are Wolf Creek Federal Services for FORM 2 contract support and Manthia Technologies for CROM contract support. The consolidated IMOR contract will encompass maintenance and operations for over 3 million square feet of facilities across the two NASA sites over a five year period, providing services for high voltage electrical substations, cryogenic systems, and certification of all pressurized vessels and systems.
