The Office of Administration requires Contractor support to acquire appropriate contract support for four areas of EPA's mission critical services: Docket Center, Libraries, Record and Digitization.
Amendment 1 - Changes Page limitation to no more than 10 pages and removes the mention of HUBZone. This will be set aside for 8(a) businesses only.
