About this opportunity
The U.S. Embassy in Bogota, operating under the Department of State, is soliciting bids for regular gasoline (fuel) supply and delivery services. The solicitation requires prospective vendors to submit quotations with pricing per gallon, along with an Anti-Discrimination Certificate, to be considered for evaluation. Key contract requirements include fuel delivery to the Embassy compound at Carrera 45 No. 24B-27 in partial shipments of 2,000 to 5,000 gallons using Colombian standard industry hose and coupling connections, with four to six deliveries per month. Payment terms are Net 30 days via electronic funds transfer upon invoice submission through the vendor portal. Additionally, vendors must comply with NDAA certification requirements regarding telecommunications equipment restrictions, though this provision appears ancillary to fuel procurement. The deadline for proposal submission is November 20, 2025, with the contract period commencing December 1, 2025.
This opportunity carries no set-aside designation and represents an ICASS (International Cooperative Administrative Support Services) requirement with no incumbent identified in the solicitation materials. The contract encompasses a minimum purchase of 1 gallon and a maximum of 65,000 gallons of regular gasoline over the two-month performance period from December 1, 2025, through January 31, 2026. No specific award value or budget range is disclosed in the solicitation notice. Performance will take place in Bogotá, Colombia, at the U.S. Embassy compound, requiring vendors to be capable of delivering fuel via tanker truck to a diplomatic facility. Interested vendors should be registered fuel dealers with the ability to meet Colombian industry standards for fuel delivery infrastructure and logistics.
