About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Air Combat Command is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive industrial water treatment services for the HVAC systems at Beale Air Force Base. The contractor shall develop and implement a comprehensive water treatment program, supplying all necessary chemicals, testing apparatus, technical expertise, and monitoring. Key requirements include monthly, semi-annual, and annual maintenance and inspection services, as well as standby services for any system issues. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quote represents the best value based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation of the technical approach, past performance, and price.
The solicitation is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The current incumbent contractor is Cherokee Chemical CO. Inc. under contract number FA468623P0058. The period of performance is from 29 September 2024 to 28 September 2029, with up to 4 option years. Offers are due by 10:00 AM PST on July 22, 2024, and the government estimates the total contract value to be between $5 million to $10 million.
