About this opportunity

The U.S. Embassy in Singapore is seeking HVAC Maintenance Services through a Request for Quotations (RFQ No. 19SN1025Q0022). The Department of State is soliciting quotations from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive heating, ventilation, and air conditioning maintenance at the embassy location. Potential offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and complete multiple required documents, including SF-33, Section B Pricing, and an IRS Form W-14. The government intends to award the contract to the most responsible company submitting the lowest-priced acceptable offer, potentially without further discussions. A pre-quotation conference and site survey will be held on May 29, 2025, at 1000 hours local time at the embassy, located at 27 Napier Road, Singapore.

The solicitation is not set aside for any specific business category and will be performed entirely in Singapore. Quotations must be submitted electronically to SGProcurementRFQ@state.gov by June 13, 2025, at 1630 hours Singapore time, with strict requirements for file formats (MS-Word, MS-Excel, or PDF) and a maximum file size of 30MB. While specific contract value details are not explicitly stated, the opportunity falls under NAICS Category 238220 for Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors and PSC Category J041 for maintenance and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. Contractors must submit comprehensive documentation, including a certification of compliance with federal anti-discrimination laws, proof of SAM registration, and other required representations and certifications to be considered for the contract.
