This solicitation has no set-aside designation and is open to full and open competition. While no current contractors are specifically named, the accompanying brand name justification document indicates a preference for YORK-Johnson Controls parts due to compatibility requirements with existing equipment and warranty considerations. The procurement value is estimated at approximately $50,000 based on the single source justification documentation. All items must be new equipment meeting exact manufacturer specifications, with delivery required within 180 days of contract award to the embassy location at Vranjske njive bb, 81000 Podgorica, Montenegro. The contract will be structured as firm-fixed price, and the U.S. Embassy maintains VAT exemption status, meaning taxes will not be included in contract pricing.
