Vendors must be located within 150 miles of the work site, provide current insurance and equipment operator licenses, and submit detailed proposals specifying personnel count, project duration, daily work hours, and debris removal plans. The evaluation will be based on lowest-price, technically acceptable criteria, with awards made to qualified offerors who can demonstrate the required technical capabilities for high-altitude tower work. The government will provide all materials including Andrew AVA7-50 coax cables and Butterfly type connectors, with vendors responsible for supplying labor and equipment necessary for the high-altitude installation work. The place of performance is specifically the Huttig Tower site located on State Road 129 in Huttig, Arkansas (coordinates 33:04:41.00N 92:13:31.00W), where contractors will need to work at heights up to approximately 1,250 feet on what appears to be a 2,000-foot tower structure. While no specific contract value is disclosed, the procurement follows NET30 payment terms and requires FOB destination delivery to the tower site location.
