About this file

The file contains a detailed requirements document for the Huttig Tower Antenna and Cabinet Relocation project, issued by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). The solicitation (RFQ15F06725Q0000121) seeks vendor services for comprehensive tower work, including mobilization, equipment removal, relocation, and installation of telecommunications infrastructure at the Huttig Tower site in Arkansas. Vendors must be capable of working at heights up to 1,250 feet, handling coaxial cables, antennas, repeaters, and cabinets, with specific technical requirements for rigging, installation, cable termination, and system testing.

Key project specifications include performing work between June and July 2025, using Andrew AVA7-50 coax cables and Butterfly type connectors, and completing labor for removal and installation of equipment at the 1,200 ft tower level. Vendor requirements mandate providing current insurance, equipment operator licenses, being located within 150 miles of the work site, and submitting detailed proposals including personnel count, project duration, daily work hours, and debris removal plans. The government will provide materials, and proposals must remain valid for 90 calendar days from posting, with the primary goal of reconfiguring the tower's telecommunications infrastructure.
