The U. S. Coast Guard Shore Infrastructure Logistic Center (SILC) is procuring Housing Maintenance Services at U.S. Coast Guard Training Center (TRACEN) in Cape May, NJ. This requirement will be a Competitive 8(a) set-aside. The total contract value is estimated between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to perform Housing Maintenance Services at U.S. Coast Guard TRACEN Cape May, NJ. The Government will award a contract for this request for proposal to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation, which will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The anticipated contract award date is TBD with the period of performance for the base period beginning on or about TBD, with four one-year option periods. The NAICS Code is 561210 (Facilities Support Services) and the size standard is $35.5M. The Request for Proposal (RFP) 70Z08418RAA152000 will be available on or about 30 July 2018; with offers due by 31 August 2018 10:00 A.M. EDST. No paper copies of the solicitation will be distributed. All vendors will be responsible for obtaining the solicitation and any subsequent amendments from www.fbo.gov.
