About this opportunity
The 366th Fighter Wing at Mountain Home Air Force Base, under the Department of the Air Force Air Combat Command, is soliciting hotel lodging services to support personnel on temporary duty, mission-essential travel, and surge requirements. The procurement seeks commercial hotel accommodations with a minimum capacity of 100 rooms and amenities including high-speed internet, housekeeping, and maintenance services that conform to the detailed Performance Work Statement specifications. This requirement will be structured as a multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with firm fixed-price calls, allowing flexibility for varying dates and room quantities. Evaluation will be conducted on a pass/fail basis across three criteria: technical capability (demonstrated through descriptive literature confirming specification compliance), past performance (assessed through CPARS and SPRS systems with no relevant negative history required), and price. Quotations must be submitted by 10:00 AM Mountain Standard Time on April 3, 2026, and must not exceed 10 pages, include a signed copy of the RFQ with acknowledged amendments, and be emailed to the contracting officer Elizabeth Hughes and contracting specialist Raphael Parker with the solicitation number FA489726QC029 clearly identified in the subject line.
This solicitation is designated as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside, with a small business size standard of $40 million dollars under NAICS code 721110. The BPA will result in multiple award holders, with one award expected in Mountain Home, Idaho and one in Boise, Idaho, and will operate over a five-year ordering period from the date of award with individual performance periods established on each subsequent task order. Vendors must provide pricing for five room types on a per room per night basis: Single Occupancy Queen (CLIN 0001), Single Occupancy King (CLIN 0002), Double Occupancy 2 Queen Beds (CLIN 0003), Junior Suite (CLIN 0004), and One Bedroom Suite (CLIN 0005). Payment terms are NET 30 with FOB Destination, and pricing must be held firm for 60 days from the quotation due date. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) under the appropriate NAICS code prior to contract award, and performance will occur at hotels located in Mountain Home, Idaho and surrounding areas within a 65-mile radius.
