STATEMENT OF WORK
Fire Alarm and Fire Suppression Systems Testing, Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair
The Northern Arizona Veterans Administration Health Care System (NAVAHCS) is comprised of one
(1) main campus that requires fire alarm and fire suppression system maintenance and support. The fire
alarm system in use across the facility is the NOTIFIER Alarm System served by ONYX interface
installed in 1998.
NAVAHCS requires an authorized NOTIFIER contractor to perform fire alarm and fire suppression
preventative maintenance, database management, inspection, testing and repair of all devices across the
campus. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair
parts, tools, and equipment and subcontracts necessary to provide fire alarm and fire suppression system
maintenance and support.
Description of Services:
This service contract requires the furnishing of all labor, material, equipment, supervision, management,
tools, transportation, and supplies for the complete testing, documentation, preventive maintenance and
repairs and system updates of the Fire Alarm System for the Northern Arizona VA Health Care System.
