Quotations are due by March 27, 2026, at 5:00 PM local time, submitted electronically to GuatemalaBids@state.gov in PDF format, and offerors must acknowledge receipt of the recent Amendment 0001 issued on March 23, 2026.
This solicitation is unrestricted with no set-aside designation for any particular business category. There are no identified incumbent contractors mentioned in the documentation. While a specific award value is not disclosed, pricing must include all labor, materials, overhead, profit, and transportation, with Value Added Tax (VAT) invoiced separately at 12% and payment made via Electronic Funds Transfer after satisfactory inspection and acceptance. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), provide proof of past performance with relevant client references, demonstrate local business presence or commit to establishing one within 30 days of award, submit IRS Form W-14 for tax compliance, and evidence necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources.
