The contractor shall provide grounds maintenance services at Grand Forks AFB (GFAFB) IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS).  The contractor will be required to furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary for performing grounds maintenance services in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants to present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Works includes, but is not limited to, maintaining grounds (mowing, edging, trimming, etc.) to different levels of care (improved, semi-improved, etc.), irrigation system maintenance, tree trimming and removal, and removing snow/ice from designated sidewalks, steps, stairs, landings, entrance ramps, fire hydrants, and airfield gates.
