All deliveries must occur during normal business hours Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
The base contract period runs September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027, with four one-year option years extending through August 31, 2031. Award will be made on a Firm Fixed Price basis to the responsible quoter whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and past performance.
