Offerors must submit proposals in Korean Won and demonstrate their ability to conduct business in accordance with all applicable Republic of Korea laws and regulations. Questions are due by August 23, 2024, and offers are due by September 7, 2024, both in Korean Standard Time.
This procurement is set aside for Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB). The U.S. Government is unable to grant Invited Contractor or Technical Representative status due to the U.S.-Korea Status of Forces Agreement, so all offerors must obtain the requisite business licenses directly from the ROK government.
