Contractors must submit safety plans, employee lists, and work schedules within ten calendar days of any subsequent contract award and are responsible for furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, transportation between sites and WAPA's Phoenix office, and off-site storage. All manufactured parts must be covered by manufacturer warranty or better, with contractors warranting their own workmanship and assuming full liability for compliance with OSHA guidelines and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
