About this opportunity
The Air Force Entertainment (AFE) LIVE STAGE program seeks a production company to provide comprehensive concert production support services at six Air Force installations during summer 2026, as procured by the Department of the Air Force Air Education and Training Command through its Nonappropriated Fund Procurement Office (AFNAFPO). The contractor must supply all technical equipment, personnel, and transportation to augment AFE assets and meet artist performance requirements, including staging systems, audio and lighting consoles, backline equipment, and crowd control barriers, along with a minimum team of 16 qualified personnel capable of setup, operation, and teardown of complex production systems. Key requirements mandate that all contractor personnel pass military background checks, obtain valid U.S. Government identification, and comply with host base security protocols and Air Force installation standards. The contract will be awarded on a Firm-Fixed Price basis using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria, with quotations due by March 31, 2026, and questions concerning the Statement of Work required to be submitted in writing by 5:00 PM CST on March 26, 2026.
This procurement carries no set-aside designation and does not obligate appropriated federal funds, as it is funded through nonappropriated funds generated by the military community. The solicitation does not identify any incumbent contractors or provide a specific budget value, requiring offerors to submit their own pricing. The concert production program spans approximately 2.5 months, commencing July 13, 2026, and concluding September 30, 2026, with six scheduled performances occurring across two-week intervals: Fairchild AFB, Washington (July 18), Malmstrom AFB, Montana (July 25), Buckley Space Force Base, Colorado (August 15), Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota (August 22), Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey (September 12), and Dover AFB, Delaware (September 19). The place of performance is listed as San Antonio, Texas, where the Air Force Services office administering the contract is located, with deliverables to be shipped FOB Destination. Contractor personnel must comply with Service Contract Labor Standards Act prevailing wage rates applicable at each installation location.

Air Force Entertainment (AFE) LIVE STAGE will produce concerts at six (6) Air Force Installations during 2026. Due to the magnitude of the event, AFE requires a production company to support each concert by augmenting AFE assets and personnel to meet artist’s performance requirements. The Air Force Nonappropriated Fund Procurement Office (AFNAFPO) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract to the offeror whose quote is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
The 2026 Entertainment Program is scheduled to begin on 13 Jul 2026 and continue through 30 Sep 2026. The Contractor will advance all artists scheduled to perform concerts and identify total requirements for providing production support for each concert.
