An organized site visit is scheduled for August 5, 2026 at 0900 hours EDT at Building 808; pre-proposal inquiries were due August 10, 2026 at 1400 hours EDT. Amendment 0003 (August 18, 2026) extended the deadline from August 20 to August 24, 2026, and provided consolidated pre-proposal inquiry responses, three revised design drawings, and an existing as-built control sheet. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0003.
The government estimates project cost between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Contractors must submit a guarantee bond of at least 20 percent of the offer price or $3,000,000, whichever is less, and demonstrate comprehensive general liability insurance of $500,000 per occurrence within ten days of award. A qualified superintendent with minimum 10 years construction experience and 5 years as superintendent on similar projects must be on-site at all times. Work hours are 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday, excluding government holidays; after-hours work requires 15-day advance notice and Contracting Officer approval.
