Background: The Agency intends to issue an award and ultimately enter into one (1) indefinite quantity contract (“IQC”) per group with a commercial firm(s) to supply Fresh Milk, and Dairy products to military customers in Fort Knox & Fort Campbell KY. 1. Customers are Two Groups: Group 1 (Fort Campbell KY Area) and Group 2 (including Fort Knox KY Area) 2. These include Fresh Milk, and Dairy products. The freshness requirement of the product being delivered may not be compromised. 3. The offeror’s distance from the delivery location is very important.
