About this opportunity

The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) originally sought to procure first aid kit installation and quarterly maintenance services through RFQ 9594CS25Q0074, though this solicitation has since been cancelled with plans to resolicit in the future. The procurement requires a vendor to provide, install, and perform quarterly inspection, maintenance, and replenishment of 33 Type I, Class B first aid kits and 6 mobile trauma bags across multiple CSOSA sites in the Metropolitan District of Columbia area. All first aid kits must comply with ANSI/ISEA 2308.1-2015 standards, with quarterly replenishment costs capped at $110 per first aid kit and $50 per trauma bag. The evaluation methodology follows a lowest price technically acceptable approach, where technical acceptability is determined by the vendor's approach to kit acquisition, installation, and resupply processes. The original quote submission deadline was September 8, 2025, at 9:00 AM EDT, following an amendment that extended the deadline and provided clarifications on mobile trauma bag contents.

This opportunity was designated as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 423450 (Medical, Dental, and Hospital Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers) with a size standard of 200 employees. No incumbent contractors are identified in the documentation. The contract structure includes a firm-fixed-price purchase order with a one-year base period plus four one-year option periods, totaling a potential five-year performance period with an additional six-month extension possibility. The procurement covers 25 first aid kits and 5 trauma bags at five CSOSA field sites, plus 8 first aid kits and 1 trauma bag at the Re-Entry and Sanctions Center. Performance will take place throughout Washington, DC, specifically at CSOSA facilities in the Metropolitan District of Columbia area.
