The project involves installing off-grid solar lighting systems with LED fixtures, including poles with concrete foundations, and requires daily site cleanup, construction dumpster management, and portable toilet maintenance for work crews. The solar lighting systems must be configured with 5-7 days of battery autonomy and designed to operate effectively in various weather conditions. Performance will take place at the Dona Ana Firearms Range Complex in Chaparral, New Mexico, with work expected to begin within 30 days of the Notice to Proceed, focusing on enhancing safety and visibility for FBI firearms training facility visitors.
