About this file

This is an appendix image for a solar lighting installation project at the Dona Ana Firearms Range Complex in Chaparral, New Mexico. The aerial map shows the proposed solar lighting coverage areas marked in yellow, extending from the entrance gate to the classroom building and reaching the far corner of the firearms range. The image includes location markers for the entrance gate, classroom building, and far-reaching corners of the range, with geographic coordinates for Doña Ana County. The lighting installation requires complete solar light systems that provide illumination meeting Illuminating Engineer Society (IES) standards, with a 5-7 hour full brightness operating profile at dusk, followed by 40% brightness for the remainder of the night, and 5-7 days of battery autonomy. The project specifications include requirements for system warranties (5-year battery, 20-year photovoltaic panels, 2-year LED bulbs), daily site cleanup, providing construction dumpsters, portable toilets for work crews, and complete debris removal upon project completion.
