The contractor was required to hold either Nuclear Regulatory Commission or Commonwealth of Massachusetts licensure for decommissioning work. The project was estimated at approximately three weeks for completion.
The original solicitation carried evaluation criteria for technical or quality capabilities, past performance (three references of similar scope and size required), veterans involvement status, and price. Questions were due May 7, 2026, and responses were extended through amendments to June 12, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time.
