Added: Dec 08, 2016 4:01 pm NASA has selected a.i. solutions, Inc. of Lanham, Maryland to support the Agency's Launch Services Program in providing end-to-end launch services for NASA and NASA-sponsored payloads seeking launch on expendable launch vehicles. This cost-plus-fixed-fee contract with an award term option incentive will begin April 1, 2017. The contract has a possible total performance period of nine-and-a-half years and a maximum potential value of $387.6 million.

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) John F. Kennedy Space Center (KSC) plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Expendable Launch Vehicle Integrated Support 3 (ELVIS 3).
This is a full and open procurement. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 541330 and $38.5 million, respectively. The anticipated release date of the RFP is on or about 06/03/2016, with an anticipated proposal due date of on or about 07/05/2016. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency.
The synopsis is not a solicitation and the Government is not requesting proposals and this should not be construed as a commitment by the Government. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the solicitation and amendment (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
Prospective offerors are requested to notify the contracting officer, Didetsa C. Vazquez Soto, at didetsa.c.vazquezsoto@nasa.gov of their intent to submit an offer.
All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing via email to the contracting officer. Telephone questions will not be accepted.
