About this opportunity
The Library of Congress is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive management services for its traveling exhibit booth used at national conferences and events. The solicitation, numbered 030ADV25R0007, requires a contractor to handle storage, transportation, setup, dismantling, maintenance, and repair of a modular booth that can be configured in 20'x20' and 30'x40' layouts. The contract will be awarded as a single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) agreement with a best value trade-off approach. Evaluation criteria will prioritize technical approach, corporate experience, and past performance, with these non-price factors being significantly more important than price. Key proposal submission requirements include a Project Manager with at least 5 years of exhibit booth management experience, with proposals due by January 31, 2025 at 12:00 PM EST.
The solicitation does not have a specific small business set-aside, and no incumbent contractor information is provided. The contract has a minimum value of $1,000 and a maximum value of $3.5 million, covering a base period from May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026 with four potential one-year option periods. The contractor must provide approximately 2,250 cubic feet of climate-controlled storage space and manage the booth's transition from its current location in Cheshire, Connecticut. Performance will be primarily in Washington, DC, with potential deployments at national conferences like the American Library Association Annual Conference. The contract requires handling government-furnished property, coordinating venue services, and providing comprehensive logistics support for exhibit booth management across various national events.
