About this file

This is a price schedule template (Attachment J-1) for the Library of Congress Exhibit Booth management services contract. The schedule outlines pricing requirements for various booth-related services including management of 20'x20' and 30'x40' booth configurations (priced per event day), domestic transportation costs (priced per mile), climate-controlled storage for approximately 2,330 cubic feet of booth materials (priced per month), and transition services at contract start and end.

The schedule includes specific line items for booth transition costs, including initial transfer from the current storage facility in Cheshire, CT, and end-of-contract transition options such as inventory review, load-out, and disposition of materials. Event subcontractor costs are noted as actual costs that will be equal for all offerors as they are non-negotiable. Pricing is required for the base year plus four option years, with instructions that offerors must not modify the schedule structure and must provide pricing for all items and services.
