Offerors must submit a two-volume response consisting of a technical quote (limited to 20 pages) addressing nationwide service capabilities, management approach, and past performance, plus a separate price quote using the provided template. Quotes are due by September 4, 2025, at 3:00 PM Eastern time and must be submitted electronically, with offerors required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission.
