All prime contractors, teaming partners, and subcontractors must maintain a current NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment (not older than three years) posted in the Supplier Performance Risk System prior to award. An incumbent contractor currently supports this requirement. Evaluation weighs technical capability (demonstrated ability to fully meet statement of work requirements, particularly environmental and occupational health standards) against price for the base and option years.
