The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 22 is soliciting proposals for Electronic Communication Boards to lease, install, and maintain digital communication screens at three VA healthcare systems across Arizona. The contractor must provide 45-50 inch digital screens with 1920x1080 resolution capable of displaying VA branding, hospital information, service line promotions, and customizable health education content across a total of 87 screens located at the Northern Arizona VA Health Care System in Prescott, Southern Arizona VA Health Care System in Tucson, and Phoenix VA Medical Center, including their main campuses and Community Based Outpatient Clinics. Key requirements include providing cellular connectivity, content management software, installation services, maintenance and troubleshooting support, and periodic training to facility staff. All places of performance are located in Arizona, specifically at the three VA healthcare systems in Prescott, Tucson, and Phoenix. Prospective contractors must sign VA clause 852.219-75 regarding limitations on subcontracting and must submit all required documentation including vendor registration forms, W-9 forms, and acknowledgment of all amendments; failure to provide any required document will result in the offer being deemed unacceptable and not evaluated.
