About this opportunity
This solicitation is for the Department of State Office of Acquisition Management to award a contract to a U.S. Small Business to build the capacity of the Senegalese Armed Forces (SAF) in the use of Electronic Countermeasures (ECMs) to support peacekeeping operations. The contractor will be required to develop and deliver training, provide ECM equipment, and conduct a Peacekeeping Training Resource Management Course. This solicitation provides notice of the Government’s intent to issue an award for a US Small Business to build the Senegalese Armed Forces’ (SAF) capacity to prepare, deploy, and sustain effective peacekeeping forces versed in the use of Electronic Countermeasures (ECMs) in support of UN- and AU-mandated tasks.
